Notice Regarding Compliance with Existing Alcohol Regulations

The Liquor Association of Kathmandu (LAK) hereby requests all member businesses to strictly comply with existing laws and regulations related to the production, distribution, storage, and sale of alcoholic beverages.

Members are reminded to ensure that all products traded are properly licensed, carry valid excise stickers, and meet applicable quality and labeling standards. Any involvement in the sale or distribution of illicit or unregulated liquor may invite legal action from the concerned authorities.

This notice is issued to promote lawful business practices and safeguard public health, as well as to protect the reputation of the licensed liquor industry.
